PREMIERE OF ANATOMIA DE LA POR AT THE PEGUERA AUDITORIUM
The dance-theatre play, co-directed by Joan Fullana and Mireia Sans Aleu, arises from the reflection and analysis of the book Anatomia del miedo by José Antonio Marina
The premiere of Anatomia de la por, will take place on Sunday 19th May at the Peguera auditorium at 7 p.m. The theatre play, arising from the collective reflection of the book Anatomía del miedo by the philosopher José Antonio Marina, has been co-directed by Joan Fullana and the choreographer Mireia Sans Aleu, founder of the 9EspaiEscènic dance school and the company with the same name. On the stage, Mireia Sans herself and the interpreters from the world of theatre will give life to the characters: Pedro Mas, Mar Fiol, Gypsy Nel·lo and Joan Vila, who is also responsible for the performance's musical proposal.
The personal interpretation made by the directors of the literary work and the creative proposal of the interpreters has given rise to a piece of dance-theatre that wants to express everything that disturbs and touches the most intimate part of the human being. A search for the essence of things, giving shape and voice to feelings, transforming human bodies into the physical expression of emotions.
The director, Joan Fullana, explains that they use the "expressive and abstract possibilities of dance and movement and the dramatic possibilities of theatre to present this unique and personal proposal about fear and courage, about our daily and collective fears »
The theatre play is premiered at the Peguera auditorium where the company has made an artist residency for a few weeks.
