CALVIÀ SIGNS A COLLABORATION AGREEMENT WITH THE 'DENTISTAS SOBRE RUEDAS' FOUNDATION TO IMPROVE THE DENTAL HEALTH OF PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT RESOURCES

The mayor of Calvià, Alfonso Rodríguez Badal, and the president of the 'Dentistas sobre Ruedas' foundation, Alfonso Jaume Campomar, have signed a collaboration agreement that will improve the oral health of people who do not have sufficient resources to do so.
Through this agreement, the Town Hall contributes 3,200 euros for the development of actions by the entity in the field of oral health in favour of people in situations of social and / or financial exclusion until the end of the year.
The 'Dentistas sobre Ruedas' foundation is a non-profit organisation that has amongst its aims to organise and promote projects to improve the oral health of people who do not have resources. The Foundation has a solidarity dental clinic to assist people who do not have the necessary financial resources to attend private assistance on a regular basis.
The agreement-signing event was also attended by Mayte Albertí, the councillor for Social Welfare and Senior Citizens; the general director of Social Development and Equity, Ana Pérez; and the person in charge of Communication of the 'Dentistas sobre Ruedas' foundation, Malu Llompart.
