Meeting with the Consell de Mallorca to discuss the noise on the motorway
Calvià Town Hall has held a meeting with the Consell de Mallorca to discuss some aspects related to infrastructure issues that affect the municipality. The deputy mayor of Infrastructure, Juan Recasens, and councilwoman Marga Plomer, have met with the island councillor of Mobility and Infrastructure, Iván Sevillano, and with the general coordinator of roads, Miguel Ángel Sagrera, to find solutions to the problems there are, especially noises, around the Ma-1 motorway. In this sense, from the Town Hall the collaboration of the Consell has been thanked that in the coming weeks will continue with the installation of gabions in the Costa d'en Blanes section. Also, this year the Son Caliu and Portals anti-sound screens will also be installed, both actions in response to neighborhood claims.
