CALVIÀ TOWN HALL SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH THE ASSOCIACIÓ DE PROPIETARIS DE COSTA DE LA CALMA TO USE MUNICIPAL PREMISES
The association did not have any premises to carry out its activity
Starting today, the Associació de Propietaris de Costa de la Calma will have a place to carry out its social and neighborhood revitalisation work. The councillor for Youth, Citizen Participation, Environment, Ecological Transition and Democratic Memory, Marga Plomer, has explained that until now, the association did not have any premises, and that thanks to transfer of use of the municipal property that has been recently enabled, it will be able to have a location that will facilitate the development of its activity.
The agreement has been signed by the Deputy Mayor for Youth, Citizen Participation, Environment, Ecological Transition and Democratic Memory, Rafel Sedano, and the representative of the Associació de Propietaris de Costa de la Calma, Lluís Sabater Fortesa-Rei.
The duration of the transfer of use of the premises, which is located on the Santa Ponça street in Costa de la Calma, will be one year, renewable up to a maximum of four years.
The Associació de Propietaris de Costa de la Calma aims, amongst others, to carry out activities of a social, cultural, recreational and festive nature that contribute to revitalise relations and participation of the area's residents.
