The Calvià Basic Health Unit moves temporarily to the Santa Ponça Health Centre
According to the Regional Ministry of Health, the medical activity of the Basic Health Unit (UBS) Calvià temporarily moves to the Santa Ponça Health Centre. The transfer is due to the repair work - mainly painting and cleaning - of the UBS facilities, affected by the fire in the electrical panel of the Senior Citizens' Home of Calvià. The UBS Calvià is expected to be operational again in approximately two weeks.
While the repair work lasts, neighbours can go to CS Santa Ponça to receive health care. This closure will not affect home care.
