Calvia Town Hall is carrying out a decisive housing policy to try to give an answer to the needs of a high percentage of residents or people working in the municipality who do not own a home adapted to their needs and in particular to young people. Given that the housing prices in our Municipality are the highest on the island and so making the access to a decent home is almost impossible, the town hall is promoting the construction of subsidized housing and the granting of assistance for the purchase and rehabilitation of housing.
