Request a certificate that proves the fulfilling of the tax obligation, in other words that the payment of the tax has been made.
It is initiated at the request of the tax payer or his representative, by means of presenting the request in the Citizen's Attention Service.
Subsequently the Section of Tax Collection will hand over the certificate, signed by the Secretary with the approval of the Mayor
