CALVIÀ WILL REINFORCE THE EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR CLEANING OF PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL CENTRES WITH THE START OF THE SCHOOL YEAR
The public company Calvià 2000 will carry out special scrubbing in the schools, high schools and pre-education schools' surroundings
Calvià will reinforce the cleaning of the educational centres with a schedule of routes that will include the 11 CEIPs, both inside and outside, and the outside of the 3 IES and the 10 municipal pre-education schools.
With the start of the school year, schools are considered sensitive areas, so special scrubs have been programmed to act against Covid, on the one hand, in the surroundings of the buildings (entrances and exits), and, on the other, intensifying the cleaning of the interior common areas. In this way, cleanings will be carried out in the exterior entrance areas of the 11 schools in the municipality first thing in the morning.
In the same way, this exterior scrubbing will be carried out in the surroundings of the 10 municipal pre-education schools and of the 3 high schools.
In addition, there will be a cleaning reinforcement inside the schools during the school day, with special incidence in the common places of the building, that is, in the points where there is more circulation of the students.
In the case of pre-education schools, since their opening, the cleaning of the interior of the buildings has been intensified.
The external cleaning reinforcement that Calvià 2000 will carry out will be complemented with an increase in the cleaning of the containers, with a daily route of the container washing machine.
