Mallorca Live Summer presentation

Thursday 3rd June 2021

The concerts will be held between 18th June and 30th July

The 2021 edition of Mallorca Live Summer, which will take place in the old Magaluf Aquapark, in Calvià from 18th June to 30th July, was presented today.

During the presentation, the mayor of Calvià expressed his satisfaction because Mallorca Live has become a reference festival.

n activity of cultural nature - he said - that helps us to work for the quality of the Magaluf destination and that complements and helps to extend the season, in years of normal activity. Alfonso Rodríguez Badal wanted to express his appreciation for the organisation of the event that, during this pandemic, has known how to adapt the format to difficult situations with the hope that it will once again be the Festival that we have known in previous years.

The presentation was attended by the Town Hall's deputy mayor for Culture, Nati Francés; the regional minister for Economic Model, Tourism and Labour, Iago Negueruela; and the first vice president and executive councilwoman for Culture, Heritage and Language Policy of the Consell de Mallorca, Bel Busquets.

The director of Mallorca Live, Álvaro Martínez, and its artistic director, Sebastián Vera, have announced some novelties of the event such as the performance of Jamie Cullum and Vetusta Morla at the presentation that took place at the Innside Calvià Beach hotel in Magaluf.
