GRANTS CALL FOR THE REHABILITATION OF BUILDINGS AND HOMES
Calvià Town Hall announces grants for the Rehabilitation of buildings and homes.
Applications can be submitted until 5th JULY 2022, and actions aimed at improving the state of conservation of common elements of buildings and the elimination of architectural barriers will be subsidised.
The Town Hall allocates a total of 148.019 euros. The amount of grants is as follows:
Grants for façade rehabilitation: 25% of the quote, with a maximum of 9.000€.
Grants for the rehabilitation of common elements: 25% of the quote, with a maximum of 9.000€.
Grants for accessibility works: 25% of the quote, with a maximum of 6.000€.
Grants for removing elements from the façade: 25% of the quote, with a maximum of 6.000€.
